Nathan Pereira

Nathan P. Pereira is a part of the Firm’s business and commercial department. He counsels private companies with risk management, corporate governance and employment matters as well as business owners in their confidential matters. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, intellectual property law including trademarks and copyrights, business mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing including private placement offerings, representation of investment advisors and broker/dealers and entity selection.  Additionally, he leverages his past experience as a director of an international art gallery in representing galleries, artists, art foundations and art brokers.
