Nathan P. Pereira is a part of the Firm’s business and commercial department. Nathan represents private companies and business owners. His diverse background allows him to efficiently provide counsel on risk management, corporate governance, and employment matters. He has represented venture capital firms, broker dealers and investment advisors. He concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, intellectual property law including trademarks and copyrights, business mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing including private placement offerings, representation of investment advisors and broker/dealers and entity selection. As a former director of an international art gallery and current avid collector and supporter of the arts, he provides legal services to galleries, established and new artists, art foundations, art advisors and art brokers.
