GREENWICH, CT – (September 12, 2013) – The Greenwich law firm of Gilbride, Tusa, Last & Spellane is marking the 30th anniversary of the founding of the firm.

“Anniversaries present not only an opportunity to celebrate the past, but also an occasion to remember the values that sustained us through the last 30 years and will fuel our success over the next 30 and more,” said Frank Gilbride, a long time Greenwich resident and one of the firm’s founders.

“Over the years, we’ve enjoyed great collegiality and are very proud to still be around,” said Charlie Tusa, a Brunswick graduate who grew up in Greenwich and is another of the firm’s founders. “Most firms our size don’t last anywhere near as long as we have.”

John Tesei, another of the firm’s senior principals, and a lifelong Greenwich resident, remarked that he was delighted to join the firm shortly after its founding in 1983 and has enjoyed his long association with the firm.

The firm provides counseling services to a wide range of clients throughout the tri-state area. In addition to Greenwich, the law firm has an office in New York City.  It recently opened an office in New Canaan, and has offices in West Palm Beach and Naples, Florida. The firm has 18 attorneys based in its various offices.

Gilbride Tusa is regarded as a leader in the Fairfield County market for services to individual clients and small to mid-size businesses.  It is highly regarded for its land-use and commercial real estate practice. In New York, the firm is well known for its commercial litigation practice and for guiding clients through tax structured real estate transactions.
