Having joined the firm’s real estate department in 2003 as an associate, Christopher counsels commercial and residential property owners in all aspects of property use and development by concentrating his practice in the areas of zoning, land use and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in appearing before and securing approvals from various municipal agencies, including the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals and the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency, concerning all aspects of commercial and residential property use and development and continues this representation in zoning and land use litigation in Connecticut courts. He represents clients in the purchase, finance and sale of residential and commercial property. In addition, Christopher advises developers in the structure and creation of condominium communities and counsels condominium associations once established.
Christopher is also skilled in representing both property owners and wireless communications carriers in negotiating leases of wireless telecommunications facilities.
