Eric H. Seltzer

Eric Seltzer maintains an active real estate practice at the firm’s New York, New York office.

His work includes the acquisition, development, construction and permanent financing of multi-family housing; the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing utilizing conventional and mezzanine financing and tax-exempt and taxable bonds, Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, negotiable inclusionary zoning benefits, negotiable real property tax certificates and other Federal, State and City subsidy programs; creation and representation of condominiums and cooperatives; syndication of interests in real estate and representing purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Seltzer’s practice also focuses on real estate-related litigation.
