Sara Brenner

Sara Brenner practices in the Private Client Services Group at Gilbride Tusa Last & Spellane concentrating on estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, not-for-profit corporations, and tax planning. Ms. Brenner has experience representing sophisticated clients in a variety of complex private equity, insurance, and investment management matters. Prior to joining the firm’s Greenwich, CT office, Ms. Brenner was a private equity attorney in the Investment Management Group at a leading U.S. law firm. Ms. Brenner earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Binghamton University in 2014. Ms. Brenner is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
