David Del Prete joined the practice of Gilbride Tusa Last Spellane, as an associate practicing in the firm’s Corporate and Business Law Group. He will focus on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, general corporate governance, and securities regulation.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he graduated as a recipient of both the Dean’s Scholar Merit Scholarship and the Jacob and Ethel Greenberg Merit Scholarship.
Prior to joining GTLS, David worked at a global investment bank on leveraged loan transactions and at Pastore LLC, the Clarkson Law Firm P.C. and Silver Golub & Teitel LLP, where he advised clients on complex corporate and other litigation matters. A Fairfield County native, David did his undergraduate work at Trinity College graduating with honors in 2016, and resides in Stamford, Connecticut.
David is licensed in Connecticut, soon to be admitted in New York, and will be working in the Greenwich office.
