Raquel Coppola

Raquel is an associate in our Real Estate Department who joined our practice in the summer of 2025. Raquel graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and most recently worked at Whitman Breed as a real estate associate.

Attorney Coppola drafts contracts and riders for residential, commercial, new construction real estate transactions, reviews resale packets, and conducts analysis of title and municipal searches. She prepares legal documents, participates in client meetings and real estate closings, providing direct legal support and guidance throughout the transaction process. She also liaises with the Building and Zoning Departments to research and resolve issues related to certificates of occupancy and permit status, advise clients on resolving property inspection and permitting issues, as well as offering strategic solutions in compliance with municipal requirements. Raquel conducted legal research on various real estate issues including lead paint disclosure, environmental concerns, and zoning regulations.

Attorney Coppola also performs research and other legal assistance as needed to the trust and estate department including real estate related trust and estate planning matters.

She is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York.
