Lorraine Slavin

Lorraine Slavin is a real estate Partner of the Firm. Lorraine’s practice focuses on the real
estate needs of individual clients. She has extensive experience negotiating Purchase and Sales agreements, analyzing title issues, reviewing property surveys, negotiating
construction contracts and architect agreements, and completing closings for Purchasers and Sellers. Lorraine has practiced real estate law for over 25 years and is admitted in both Connecticut and New York and maintains an “AV” peer review rating with MartindaleHubbell ©.

Lorraine and her husband reside in Greenwich, CT and Lorraine has played an active role in the Greenwich community, including serving on the Board of the YWCA and other nonprofit organizations.

Pursuant to attending law school, Lorraine taught pre-school children at the New York School for the Deaf. Prior to joining Gilbride Tusa Last & Spellane, Lorraine was a Real Estate Partner for 18 years at Day Pitney’s Greenwich office.
