Katie A. Quinn

Katie A. Quinn is an associate practicing in the firm’s Corporate and Business Law Group. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, general corporate governance, and securities regulation. Katie earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law with a dual degree JD/MBA and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Global Studies from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to joining GTLS, Katie worked as a law clerk at Cretella, Fappiano & Monelli, PC and subsequently at Brody Wilkinson PC while studying for the bar exam. Her MBA capstone project involved consulting for a Polish UX agency strategizing their U.S. market entry plan. Katie earned five law school awards: Excellence in Clinical Legal Education, Professor Frederick Tse-shyang Chen International Law Award, Service to the Law School, Distinguished Academic Achievement in Integrative Law Approach to Negotiation, and Distinguished Academic Achievement in International Law.

Katie is licensed in Connecticut and will be working in the Greenwich office.
