Margaret E. Conboy

Margaret E. Conboy is a Real Estate Partner of the Firm with experience in commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing, as well as forming and representing planned communities and condominiums, and representing cooperative apartment boards. Margaret also has experience with construction and architecture contracts, as well as zoning and land use matters. In her various areas of experience, Margaret represents homeowners, developers, contractors, lenders, neighborhood associations, condominium and cooperative associations and taxing districts. She also represents commercial and residential property owners in local property tax appeals.

Margaret joined Gilbride Tusa Last & Spellane LLC in the Summer of 2025 after a successful career as a Real Estate Partner at Whitman Breed since 1994.
