Jason is an Associate in the firm’s business and commercial department. He counsels emerging and established companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, financing and private placement, trademark clearance, negotiation and documentation of contracts and leases, corporate formation, planning and governance matters, and general business counseling.

Prior to joining GTLS, Jason was a solo practitioner in neighboring Bedford, New York where he advised companies and entrepreneurs with all aspects of their business, from formation to exit strategy. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at Skadden, Arps where he represented public and private companies and their principal stakeholders in M&A, financing, securities litigation and complex in- and out-of-court restructurings. As a result, Jason has experience with litigation at all phases, which he leverages in his current corporate practice to anticipate potential issues and protect clients from avoidable costs and disputes.
